Job Description:
As a Business Analyst Intern at Upskills you will be at the forefront of analyzing and optimizing business processes for our clients in the financial industry. Your role will involve working closely with our financial institution clients and not limited to:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, translating them into clear and actionable business requirements
  
• Write specifications and documentation
  
• Implement solutions through Murex tools
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Risk Management and IT Development to support collaborative efforts and achieve common goals

• Pursing Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analysis, Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Applied Finance or relevant discipline
  
• Basic knowledge on financial products such as forwards, futures, swaps, bonds, and options
  
• Familiar with SQL, Tableau, Python/R and VBA Excel
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  
• Demonstrated interest in the financial markets and willingness to learn about Capital Markets operations.
  
• Prior internship or coursework related to Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, or Capital Markets is a plus
  
• Can commit for 4-6 months full-time Internship
