The individual will be part of a team supporting the operations for Continuing Education & Training (CET) programs within the School of Engineering....

[What the role is]
The individual will be part of a team supporting the operations for Continuing Education & Training (CET) programs within the School of Engineering.

[What you will be working on]

  • Liaison with Course Leads to contextualize training materials, plan, and administrate CET programs.

  • Account management on CET programs for identified corporate clients.

  • Support CET business development in marketing and outreach events.

  • Deliver the role of Change Champion for the Skills Training and Enhancement Portal (STEP) in School.

  • Manage and maintain CET training facilities and resources.

  • Any other projects and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

[What we are looking for]

  • Relevant qualifications in Engineering field and/or training, with a preference for candidates with experience in Engineering and/or training.

  • Resourcefulness, with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A team player, driven and possesses a strong customer service mindset.

  • Good administrative and organisational ability.

  • Analytical and have an eye for detail.

  • Comfort in navigating ambiguous situations, with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong command of Excel.
