The People team plays a crucial organisational role in Shopee by channeling important resources to key functions in the company. People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.

Job Description: You will be working in the Shopee People Team to drive key Employee Engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Developing and managing end-to-end implementation of local and regional initiatives that enhance organisational culture and improve employee experience
  • Supporting, maintaining, and improving ongoing employee engagement programmes
  • Preparing internal communications including announcements to promote and publicise employee engagement initiatives
  • Sourcing and managing the procurement of event material and merchandise
  • Providing support on team events and other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Human Resource Management, or related field
  • Driven, self-motivated, adaptable, and versatile learner with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
